Dave Keil founded Franchise For Good in 2020 to blend his experiential depth in scaling franchise companies with his passion for living life on purpose. Over his 35 year career, Dave has been recognized for leading with purpose and for guiding companies and business units through periods of significant change. Today, as the president and COO of Franworth, Dave leads a strong team that is committed to mentoring and partnering with founders to help them scale. Previously, Dave served as CEO of The HoneyBaked Ham Company®, Pure Barre®, Häagen-Dazs Shops®, and The Lash Lounge®.
Dave operates with the intention of honoring his values and beliefs, aligning his work with a greater purpose.

Jenny brings her experience as a college economics professor and her gifts of encouragement and servant-leadership to Franchise For Good. Jenny’s retirement roles include Trustee at Hamline University, Advisor to the University of Michigan Tri Delta Sorority, Ally in the Washtenaw County Friends In Deed Circles Program, and most importantly, Gigi to her grandchildren. Jenny’s positive energy and attention to detail are helping bring Dave’s FFG vision to life.
David has worked in the franchise industry for over 25 years in either a franchisor or franchisee capacity. Throughout his career, he has served as CFO for Service Brands International, Northpeak Brewing Company, and Avalon International Breads. Currently, David is the CFO for Franworth, where he met Dave Keil and joined Franchise For Good’s mission to give back and use Franchise best practices in the nonprofit space. David has also served as Treasurer on the board of several nonprofits including The Ms. Molly Foundation, Hope Clinic International, and Family Life Services.
Krystina supports Franchise For Good in branding, marketing, and administrative efforts internally and with clients. Using her degree in Marketing and Communications, she is also a Marketing Coordinator for Franworth and enjoys making an impact in corporate and nonprofit businesses.
